Digital Marketing Assistant

 

We are looking for a multi-talented, organized, and efficient digital marketer to assist the Creative Director with multiple clients. Your duties may include any of the following:

 

  • Conduct market research to identify the target audience’s needs, competition, and trends to help in creating marketing strategies and plans

  • Monitor marketing campaigns’ progress and results to gather data to help improve performance

  • Deliver graphic, written, or verbal presentations and reports of findings, statistics, and insights

  • Assist in creating and updating content on multiple web platforms, including Wix, WordPress or Shopify with blogs, sales, promo codes, and updates.

  • Assist in creating and scheduling social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook)

  • Help with newsletter sends (Constant Contact, Mailchimp) marketing and promotional events

  • Provide general office support, which can include answering emails and arranging appointments

Essential Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in all aspects of project management process (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, closing)

  • Ability to multi-task (effectively prioritize, execute tasks, and handle a range of projects simultaneously)

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communications skills 

  • Process-driven, highly organized and methodical with excellent time management skills

  • An enthusiastic and committed attitude, flexible problem-solver

  • Self-starter with the ability to think independently and work autonomously when necessary

  • Proven track record in Digital Marketing projects

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.

  • Strong verbal and written communication Skills

  • Very organized, multi-tasking ability

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of project management (Monday.com)

  • Knowledge of Shopify, WordPress and Wix sites

  • Knowledge of Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Mailerlite

  • Proficient in Canva

  • Understanding of Google Analytics

  • Google Trends and Google Search Console helpful

Fully Remote

Pay: $28/hr.

Part-Time (25 hours per week)

Social Media Manager

You live and breathe social. You know the ins and outs of Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Twitter and you have the chops to handle any task and the case studies to back it up. You've successfully grown numerous accounts and you're really good at thinking creatively and strategically. You never miss an opportunity to tell a story!

What You'll Do:

 

Build strong online communities through our client's various social media platforms; Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok

 

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and administering social media content that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between consumers and the client. The successful candidate will also be required to collect and review social media data to develop more effective campaigns, plus reporting.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve client marketing goals.

  • Develop monthly reports on social media account(s) that you manage

  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in social

  • Monitor the company’s social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users.

  • Create methods for finding and saving online customer reviews.

  • Analyze the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan.
     

Position Requirements

Proven track record in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management or a Degree in Communications or related field.

3+ years’ experience in social media management.

Exceptional multi-tasking skills.

Strong verbal and written communication Skills

Very organized, multi-tasking ability

Strong problem-solving skills

Knowledge of Facebook’s advertising platform is required

SEO, Content Marketing Genius

You know how to reverse engineer content to drive traffic to a specific website, landing page or eCommerce product. You are aware of the value, time and effort it takes to create the perfect blog post or article that is optimized for SEO and Google search traffic. You've landed more than a few posts on page 1 of Google search (organically) and you're not afraid to do it again. You know how to use Search Console, Google Tag Manager, keyword analysis. If this sounds like you, we want you on our team. 

Pay: $25 per hour or project basis

Business Development Manager - Digital Marketing

About the Opportunity:
As a (Biz Dev) Business Development Manager, you will work to develop new business and close sales with SMB and enterprise businesses. You will oversee seeking new opportunities - but we will also support you with any leads, appointments. Meet with prospective clients via Zoom and discuss their digital marketing requirements, write proposals using our easy-to-follow software.


You will work closely and collaboratively with us to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans for new business while keeping updated on all the latest digital marketing trends and best practices across SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, website development & more.
